The Internet in your office is not related to our product.
Contact your ISP that provides internet to your office.
you can run the commands: nslookup, ping and tracert with the "domain-box-name" parameter (there are no boxes tied to your account, so I substitute an example)
nslookup domain_name_oneBox
should return you the IP of your server
ping domain_name_oneBox
Should return you an echo, the time from you to the server and back
You can also run the tracert command
