I am writing on behalf of my client who asked for help with this issue. The client bought the box in installments, the box was unloaded to his server. Their server is located in the internal network of their enterprise. For the non-embedding sale procedure, I have to go into their box and create an admin user there. But I do not have access to a box located within their network. The server is located behind a certain gateway through which it is impossible to enter from a third-party address, as I understand it. Addressed within the framework of tasks earlier. I never received a clear answer on what exactly the client needs to do so that I can complete the task according to the procedure. I want to understand how I can solve this issue for my client. If it’s not difficult, they could write instructions that I could provide in the frames of the link to this topic, about what the client needs to do so that I would have the opportunity to get into his empty box so far.

if the client does not know how to do this, let him hire a specialist, I don’t understand why you unloaded the system knowing that there would be no access, half of the functions that require Internet access for integrations would not work there
On the gateway (similar to the ssh port) you need to forward the ports that will fall on port 80 (http) and if you need ssl then 443 (https)
