Improve access rights, when access to employee cards is closed, see the list of employees in the Responsible field

It is necessary to evaluate the revision to access rights, https://crm.hlr.ua/. Now Employees do not have access to contact cards of the Employees group http://joxi.ru/KAgVNYGtN9wl42, since the employee card contains information that all managers should not see, but the employee should see only in his card.
But at the same time, we encountered the problem that when creating a task, the Employee cannot select another employee as responsible , so that even with such rights, the employee can see a list of all employees in the responsible field.
It should work when creating a task (in the creation form), in an open process, in the bulk process changes panel. Please rate

I can offer to approach from the other side: in the contact card, hide some block for users of the specified role (or show it only to the owner of the card + administrators), for example. Specify which specific block and why you need to hide (with a link to the contact), then it will be possible to say something more specific.

You make a role in which you tick all employees once, then you hang this role on everyone. Access rights by role will be taken into account for each employee
