For the first time in three years, access to crm was lost. There are no prompt answers to questions about what's the matter, since you have to pay for it, or wait until you answer what's the matter on the forum. I wonder if any business can afford to remain without access to its database for an indefinite period of time?

Browser content policies have changed and the browser itself decides which protocol will be used to connect to the site. The browser selects the https protocol, but on the server where the system is located, the SSL certificate is not installed and this protocol is not enabled, so you get an error.

You need to purchase an SSL certificate. The validity of such a certificate is 1 or 2 years.
