If you register under the mail XXXX@crm-onebox.com in any client/your box, then you must log in with your login and password, the same as in the webproduction box. In order to log in under your personal access, which you came up with yourself, you must create a user not under the mail XXX@crm-onebox.com, but in this case, when you enter the box, you will occupy one license space.
