This is probably how the permissions are configured.
Check the correctness of the access rights settings by BP / statuses / managers, I assume that the problem is in access by statuses

I checked that in the access setting everything is done so that the employee sees his tasks, where he is the author.

The specified user currently sees 516 the same processes as the administrator.
Apparently, all the same, the wrong rights were specified, or a cache of access rights.
