Question regarding the security of our data in OneBox.
Please clarify what is Onebox's SOC2 Compliance status, and is there a continuity/disaster recovery plan?

We did not receive SOC2. Most likely we will be audited in the middle or end of 2022, not earlier.
Here is how our cloud is arranged. Now the situation has changed a little, but the principles are the same.

I did not find a topic about restoring from backups, but it was somewhere.
In a nutshell, we store backups in three different data centers in three different countries. The system of restoring from backups is automatic. It is on the basis of this system that the mechanism "when the free box is not active for more than 5 days - we backup it and mow the virtual machines completely, and when the user logs in again - we restore the box automatically and turn it on" is built.
