When the filter is filled in Working hours, the scale here [file]7821[/file] shows only the selected type of mail
During working hours, the table with a filled filter sees only the specified type of letters here [file]7822[/file]

3. There is already a filter by process type, but it works only when displayed with a scale, it is necessary that it also works in a table display

Does 1 filter in paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 not suit you, which will simultaneously filter both calls and mail in the direction? similar "OR" queries with a large number of events can either affect the speed of work

ok, then the score is lower based on this logic 1-2. filter by event direction - 2 hours 3. for the filter to affect the display of the table - 1 hour 4. filter by processes so that they are only with changes from the user - 2 hours 5. if we are talking about the indicators "Worked with calls", etc. in the scale display - you can display next to the brackets cleanly - this is 2 hours
