and the other one doesn't?

it's quite complicated, it's been a few months, maybe you had an action that removed products from Onebox that are not in Opencart, or when importing products there was some action that removed duplicates...

it's quite complicated, it's been a few months, maybe you had an action that removed products from Onebox that are not in Opencart, or when importing products there was some action that removed duplicates...

and how in this case it was added to the order in principle, the removed product cannot be added to the order by hand and sold

this is an order from an offline store - there sellers simply add goods with a Ruami scanner, they don’t even have access to editing goods, they just made a beep - reserved and clicked sell

this is not a store in fact, but just an employee https://box.optodess.com.ua/admin/shop/users/5164/ simply creates a power supply unit with his hands and picks a barcode with a scanner and presses sell - all this is only in boxing - no imports
