The purpose of the report is to see what data an employee has exported in order to assess whether there is a data leak or not. Primarily interested in monitoring the export of products and contacts. It would be nice to see something like a label with fields: Export date/Employee/Process number/Amount of data within a process The values in the Process number field are clickable, when you click on the value in this field, a window opens with data regarding the export (what, where, how much)

this issue can be partially solved by tables using links like
https://stimul.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/activity/?datefrom=&dateto=&url=exchange&uselikeurl=1&ip=&post=&user=0
https://stimul.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/activity/?datefrom=&dateto=&url=%2Fadmin%2Fcustomorder%2F&uselikeurl=1&ip=&post=export-&user=0
Is a report based on such data, for example, grouped by employee, suitable in general?
but the concept of "the amount of data inside the process" remains unclear, because the data is constantly changing and the state of any objects during export is not fixed anywhere

the option with export files is more preferable, since you can specifically see what was exported

unfortunately, most likely we won't make a report on export file control yet, at the moment we recommend using export link filtering in the change history
