Make it possible to display only the value that was selected in the filter

Hello! We encountered a problem. We have 2 directories "topic of the appeal" and "subtopic of the appeal" in the process with an additional field, it is displayed as a multilist. When communicating with a client, the manager can select several topics and subtopics, as a result, in the report, selecting a filter by the additional field "topic" "subtopic" by selecting a topic, for example 1, in the subtopics we see subtopics from other topics. And the graphs also display data from other subtopics that were selected in the processes along with the selected topic. Is it possible to make it so that only what is selected is displayed?
