Customer balance

The customer balance report without the filter enabled shows liabilities by company, however, after enabling grouping by company, the system displays data by employees , previously liabilities by company and by employees were added up . In the contact card, these obligations are summed up . Please let me know the reason for the changes.

As far as I can see, the grouping functionality has not changed since 2018.
