Email integration enabled. The events display letters, but it is not clear which of these letters were read in the CPM and which were not. It means whether the letter (event) was opened in the CRM itself.
I ask you to clarify whether there is such an opportunity to do + you need a setting of the type "Cancel unread" so that the message is marked as unread. You also need to visually separate read / unread events in events.
