Good afternoon! The essence of the problem in a nutshell - IDs of product categories for Rosettes are no longer transmitted in XML export.
In "Automatic actions once an hour" there is an action "Export products in XML format (Rozetka.ua)" (the very first one).
Worked with him for a long time, everything was fine.
A month ago, it was necessary to turn off sales on Rozetka for a while. We decided to do it quickly and without losing data for Rozetka, so as not to go through repeated moderation. We just created 2 new fields with "fake" zero balances and in the Action we replaced "Product Availability" and "Product Quantity Remaining" with these "fake" ones. Synchronization passed, the goods simply went into inactive - "Out of stock".
Yesterday we decided to resume sales. We switched the fields back to the ones needed to transfer the actual balances. Everything is in order here, the rem

Most likely, this is exactly the problem - the Rosette category directory has changed to the Ukrainian language (issuing the Rosette API https://api.seller.rozetka.com.ua/apidoc/#api-MarketCategories-MarketCategorySea... ), and now you don’t have category names match.

Good afternoon. Indeed, the problem was that Rozetka translated the directory of categories into Ukrainian and did not notify anyone about it. Moreover, it was not fully translated - some categories remained in Russian (we still had 36 products on sale), so we had to check each one and put it in fact in accordance with the directory. Goods are slowly synchronized and appear on sale.
