The client works with Bitrix 24. He contacted us because he needs to set up the client's personal account with all possible functions. He does not consider OneBox itself, because we are more expensive, and the client and Bitrix are partially used.

The mobile application cannot be connected to Bitrix.
You need to take at least a free OneBox plan with 1 license, set up a mobile personal account and then buy a mobile application service for your personal account.
Next, set up integration with Bitrix so that orders (processes) from Bitrix are loaded into OneBox and then they will appear in the personal account

By the way, I have two clients who have similar requests.
For them, we make completely individual client cabinets that are integrated with the OneBox API.
And, as Igor wrote, OneBox can be integrated with Bitrix24 as a transition process.

I understand correctly that in this case, the client will not have enough free OneBox, since an API is needed for integration with Bitrix, then a minimum of Tariff-3 is needed?
