1. If you have sold your box, please report the new owner's phone number to sales@crm-onebox.com.
Please report from the contact address that is registered in your OneBox ID card (in the profile on this site).
2. At the same time, we ask the new owner to log in once on the 1b.app website so that we understand that the phone is valid and can complete step 1.
3. We will unsubscribe you from all mailings and notifications that we have.
The exception is only messages about new comments in topics on the forum. Here your profile will not go anywhere, but you yourself control all notifications on it (what topics are subscribed to, etc.).
