There is a button Upgrade to OneBox OS on the website in the client's cabinet (see screenshots).
Approximately from 5-10.07.2021, users will gradually unlock this button and there it will be possible to apply to move to the OS.
No need to write on the forum, create topics or write to partners in support, call someone, etc. The client needs to press this button personally. No OneBox partner or employee can do this for the customer.

I don't understand how can I see my boxed version on OS?
not just to see the functionality of the OS, which differs little from the existing one, but to see how the existing integrations will work?
we cannot call ourselves to risk and pass all the licenses, tk. the work of 3 offices will be stopped in case of problems

You can view OneBox OS on our website by clicking on the Try a new clean OneBox button.
The procedure "upgrade my OneBox to OneBox OS, then we'll see how everything works and make a decision" is possible, but it is provided by partners for money. Officially, OneBox itself does not provide such a service.

The OS has a special updater-tool, which, after switching to OneBox OS, installs the necessary applications itself.
In some case, he may make a mistake, we are not 100% sure of anything until we switch everyone.
How this thing works:
we look at all minute automations, we look at all automations on statuses.
By the automation itself, we know what application it is from - and we install this application.
The structure of the application settings is very similar and we just transfer them.
If there is no automation, then the application will not be installed.
What is guaranteed to crash and need to be configured again:
1. permissions
2. global search settings (it is gone now, local search is different in each application)
3. setting the displayed processes in the "copied applications". If the application has the mark "Can be installed several times", for example, as here https://crm-onebox.com/ru/app/crm/ - then in this application you will need to specify which PSUs to show.
