But, as it seemed to me, the attitude towards customers has not changed at all. For all the time, almost not one bug could not be fixed through the forum. You have to do this through a support campaign and for a fee. Not a single improvement has been implemented for free. Even the integration with PrivatBank (an invoice from PrivatBank) was lost, never standing in line. In boxing, the most important business reports - balance sheet and P&L (working reports) did not exist, and I do not see any interest in implementing this, even with partial investments of my own. I think customers who switched from Bitrix will be surprised by this. Maybe I don't know where to knock. Help me please. Let's make boxing better together.
