Previously, if you used the box on the "data" tariff (it's free, it's demo, people call it differently :) - the box was turned off automatically after 3 full days of inactivity.
In simple words: you did not enter the box for 3 days - we stopped it, blocked it and deleted it.
You log in again: we restore automatically, but it takes 3-30 minutes (depending on the amount of data).
2022-07-10 this rule was changed (improved in your direction).
Now, if the box is on the "data" tariff and you have paid the data bill, the box will not be turned off for the next 30 days, even if you have not accessed it at all.
