OneBox ID unified authorization system

Dear customers and partners!
We are gradually moving to a single authorization system on the website, boxes and other products based on OneBox. This authorization system is called OneBox ID.
Why this is important: previously you had one login password on the 1b.app site, and another in the boxes (or there could be several boxes), and it was all complicated and led to confusion and problems with the relevance of login data.
That's why we made a single authorization system - OneBox ID.
Now, when you go to the 1b.app site, there is no more concept of registration and login - they are now one and the same. You simply enter your phone number, receive an SMS code - and you are logged in.
In any box (OS), you can log in via OneBox ID.
Or you can use the old login and password (we did not disable it for boxes).
At the same time, you will have a single profile that you can manage on the site (see screenshot).
If you change the data there, they will change simultaneously and everywhere.

Help to find out the reason, the system does not allow re-requesting access , but there is no access to the client's box itself .
Under client access is also not allowed. And an empty list of boxes to which I have access and can enter the box /

In short, there is a problem, if you press the login button once, it shows an error (the one on the screen), if you press it again, it lets you in
