Messages stopped coming to the message center

Today, changes were made to my account, two accounts were merged into one. And I stopped receiving messages in the message center. I already checked that I was assigned the responsible person, I set the messages I want to receive in the settings - and nothing. No messages today.

Well, it's unlikely... because I log in via email. So maybe you'll delete one profile and leave me one, the one where the email starts with tetiana......

From what you can see, you log in to the system under the user https://knigarnia.1b.app/app/contact/1584/ (login tetianabykhovtseva@gmail.com, password reset in PM) and there is also a user with the same phone number (48570832035) https://knigarnia.1b.app/app/employer/13225/permissions/ Ukrainian bookstore in Poland and Europe - A good bookstore with a login of 48570832035 (we will reset the password in PM) and if you log in under it, you can see that there is a message in the communications center (most likely, the business process is configured specifically for the account https://knigarnia.1b.app/app/employer/13225/permissions/), so you should decide which account to work under (! These two users have long been created in the system, that is, someone created them recently, and they were created a long time ago and worked under them).
