This mistake is not repeated for the first time.
In the BP "Order Retail" at the stage "Manufactured" set auth. "Create a product from materials" action. https://prnt.sc/vtt301
The order automatically moves to this stage, from the "To production" stage, when all sub-processes are closed.
Sometimes the manager sees that the order did not go through automatically, enters it and clicks on the "Done" stage to see the reason.
If at the same moment the the action is triggered, then the write-off from the warehouse is doubled. https://prnt.sc/vtt679.
After this doubling, other orders that have this product do not allow to be transferred to the "Produced" stage, knocking out the error https://prnt.sc/vtt86p
Sometimes I can solve the problem by deleting one of the duplicate entries in the log.
But sometimes the record just won't be deleted. https://prnt.sc/vtt9pc
What to do?
An error has occurred.

This order has gone through. Can I fix it myself in other orders? (This is not the only product with this error). ps The problem of the human factor. Some employees understand, and some don't. I'm thinking of changing the process. But if it does not work out, is it possible to make a revision so that the problem does not happen, and what will be the price?
