The order automatically moves to this stage, from the "To production" stage, when all sub-processes are closed.
Sometimes the manager sees that the order did not go through automatically, enters it and clicks on the "Done" stage to see the reason.

Sometimes I can solve the problem by deleting one of the duplicate entries in the log.

This order has gone through.
Can I fix it myself in other orders? (This is not the only product with this error).
