The action does not occur even when the instant execution checkbox is checked.

Is your FTP server definitely available?
As far as I can see, the server whose IP is specified in the action does not respond to requests and does not ping.

Exactly, last night at 23:34 there was an attempt to connect to port 21 from this ip 142.9*.143.8*
Through FileZilla now connected, no problem. Does your action take into account that the port is not the default one?

There is still no access from the box server to the FTP server

Packets do not reach the FTP setver.
Packets reach the point of exchange with your provider, then nothing.
Perhaps your provider has something closed, perhaps not everything is open on the FTP server,
we can only speculate, these questions are not in our competence

If you can't get access from the box server to your FTP server,
Perhaps it will be faster to set up uploading to a local folder on the box server and take the file already from the box.

What is the procedure for making this change? I can set up automation once an hour to the Local folder myself, but I can’t raise FTP on the server. No access.
