What is the problem? Why does the functionality that previously worked out without problems not work?

I’ll add to the description of the problem that more than 2 hours have passed since the balances were updated, that is, the hourly kroner, according to the logic of the system settings, has already twice been able to pull up the correct balances for the price lists of the sites.
