The product is not loading on the site
There is an assumption that the warehouse basket ID needs to be checked and reset to zero.
In general, before accepting/writing off a product, it goes to the warehouse basket from where it travels further, such records (like almost all entities in the box) have a unique id that is generated automatically. So, for us, it reached the maximum for the warehouse basket and simply did not allow us to work with it further. The developers must reset it and restart the integration.
Loading of goods on the site is taken from two files import0_1.xml (goods) and offers0_1.xml (balances)
Universal import of products (xml/json) file import0_1.xml
Integration of surplus stock in warehouses XML (Import) file offers0_1.xml
There may be another reason, but first you need to check the id.
