The client created the product manually (the entire main database was pulled up with excel and opencart) https://kiyservice.1b.app/app/product/21035/edit/, if you search by the "article" field, the product is located
if you search through the top field "search" also by article - it does not search
also if you add goods to posting by article, it also does not find
finds only by id OneBox
Tell me what could be the problem?
