1. The setting "Do not load filter characteristics for a product if they are available" has been improved - if an existing product has a filter at the time of import, it will not be imported from the filter file
2. The main fields of the category/products/filters have been added to the multilingual settings (next to them there is an indication of the language, for example "Product name (ua)").
You need to specify both fields if necessary, so that the base one is used to create / search for a product, and by language - to fill in the corresponding language.

There is nothing to fix here - the revision works correctly.
It's just that in your action the check of the additional field "Update prices When importing json" is specified for the name value - but for the product https://rovo.org.ua/admin/shop/products/119677/edit/ it is not filled
For the test that the revision works correctly - I registered the value of the specified field - and the fields were updated
