Sorry, but I can't afford to look at 85 actions to understand how your bp is configured and why some of the 85 actions do not work the way you want. Can you put into a separate procedure one specific action that, in your opinion, works wrong and indicate what exactly is wrong in it?

there are 2 options here:
1. The browser began to forbid you to open several tabs at once
2. The action can only open 1 tab
most likely the second. Try other browsers and enable all permissions for them on the site.
