Goods are not pulled after the action "Turn a letter into a process"

After working out the "Turn a letter into a process" action, the process is created; process fields, according to the PREG template for customer data and for additional process data, are created correctly.
BUT, goods are not pulled into the process according to the settings of the PREG template for data about products in the process.
For example:
Article:\s[product_article\n]
same for:
Product Name:\s[product_name\n]
Product price:\s[product_price\n]
Quantity:\s[product_count\n]
Does not show the result of processing the event, both when substituting the event ID (E-mail) for the "Check in test mode" action, and when creating a process when sending and receiving an email.
PS: There is a product with the article and / or name that comes in the letter in the system. Various combinations were tested - only the article, only the name, article + quantity, name + quantity, etc.
PPS: Checked the operation of the action "Turn a letter into a process" for two diffe

Good afternoon, are you sure that it should be like this:

Article:\s[product_article\n]

\n in a variable is not superfluous?

I also tried with \s and without - the result is the same. (besides, how can you do without \n for the product name? - hint in onebox: "If the information
is not on the same line - please use the character '\n'")
In addition, for example, everything works correctly for client fields:
Client Name:\s[client_name_first\s]
Client Phone:\s[client_phone\n]
PS: for example, in the topic https://crm-onebox.com/ru/support/email/3980-kak-polzovatsya-preg-shablonami/ it was you who gave the template:
"
PREG template for product data in process:
Product Name:\s[product_name\n]
Product price:\s[product_price\n]
Quantity:\s[product_count\n]
"
PPS: yes, in that question, the products also didn’t pull up as a result

The process that was created: http://onebox.alt.ua/admin/customorder/obrashchenie-s-sayta/7231/edit/
Here in does not work out
Article:\s[product_article\s]

in this case, the article is the last thing in the letter and you need to put
Article:\s[product_article]

Checked - the result is the same:
Letter: http://onebox.alt.ua/admin/shop/event/view/file/3548/?eventid=120145
Process: https://onebox.alt.ua/admin/customorder/obrashchenie-s-sayta/7232/edit/
PS: In earlier events, the article was not the last - I can also give examples or, if necessary, I can make examples with the name and quantity, etc.

Here's an example from another site:
Email: https://dryv.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/event/view/file/617/?eventid=800
Process: https://dryv.crm-onebox.com/admin/customorder/issue/63/edit/
Doesn't work:
P.name:\s[product_name\n]
p.artikul:\s[product_articul\s]
Amount:\s[product_count\s]

It was checked on another site with different settings for letters and templates for them - the problem remains relevant - under no settings, the product is not pulled from the letter. Moreover, all other fields (customer and additional information) are pulled correctly with similar settings.
PS: In addition, if you do not use \s or \n (as recommended above) in the last line in the templates for parsing the client and additional. information, then an error appears and the system does not work out the parsing - apparently, the PREG template should not work for products either - the PCRE library is one.
Is this still a bug?
