Answers:

Andrey, you just do not know how the action works - you immediately write to the forum that it does not work correctly.
Briefly about the settings:
1. set a directory
2. set direction to where / from
3. set which fields to compare (when adding from the directory, it searches for records to add by the specified process fields in the directory, and then searches for process products by the values of the fields from the directory and writes to the product those selected by correspondence) (when adding to the directory, it searches for records with the corresponding values of the order/order product in the directory and update the selected ones according to the correspondences)
It turns out that you didn’t filter by the process field - that is, you get all the records from the directory and check for an additional process field that is not there - and add. That is, according to your settings and the logic of the action, everything worked correctly.

I saw the description.
That is, you always need to search for the process field?
Can this action update the product values without adding new products, take from the directory only the record with which the process product field matches?

Well, if you want to add not all products that are not there, then yes. By some field you need to find records.

you can set the "Do not add new positions" setting (it will work in both directions) - to update only found records - it will take 2 hours

You can make the action work on the additional field of the product of the process in the same way as on the additional one. process field?
What time is it?
Clarification: if there are several products in the process with the additional field of the process product filled in, then it must go through all the products.
