And in history we see that there was a transition from the stage "Collecting" to "Assembled"
and there is no such sequence in the history of the stages

How to fix such an error? Why does it arise?

Judging by the history - there was a problem switching to the "Collect" stage - there was probably a rollback of changes due to an error, but the process supposedly remained at the stage.
Specify whether switching to the "Collection" stage occurs only in manual mode? if so, is there some process that was switched to the "Collect" stage, it is supposedly now on it, but this is not in the history?
Perhaps there is a sequence of actions that can be repeated on the test process?
