What can cause a failure in the CRM:
1. All of a sudden there were cards Re-processing clients - for most of them, the CPM filled in the refusal field at different times. There was also a client test, for which no responsible person was appointed - we tested the operation of the application form from the site. It also received a message about re-processing.
At the same time, 00:14, but on different dates, CPM began massively throwing clients into Reprocessing, for which such a task - reprocessing was not set. Screenshots below.
