It gives out because this API does not provide filtering by ID or Article - and it tries to give you all the products for which XML generation does not have enough allocated memory on the server.
I see you have a cloud OneBox - we can invest in refining the above parameters. If needed, please let me know.

If we are talking about the API /api/1c8x/order-get/ - there is no name parameter in the output, since it is supposed to match by productid / productcode1c / productarticul
If there is such a need, we can also add it.
