Missing status in order transition history

There is an order

Where the tick is missing the stage, but if you go to the order history

You can see that it has passed
Payment to Privat -> Waiting for payment
and then
Collection -> Generation of TTN
But there is no transition from We expect payment to collection. Accordingly, the order seems to have been at this stage, this can be seen from the history, but this is not displayed in the stages. Why and how can this be fixed?
