Products table stopped updating

There is an order

It has a product

Previously, when we scanned a product

Scanned was written "1"
And the whole table changed color to green
Here is the procedure that is responsible for this

Good afternoon, this procedure costs on the order renewal action. The order is not necessarily updated when a process product is added, i.e. your procedure may not work corny.
