Yes, there is such functionality. You can issue links to clients to a personal account based on OneBox, the link will already contain the ID of the person who invited.
After registering in your personal account, you can start the process for a new client, and if our client invited him, then charge some "goodies".
There is also a level system. When you already have several levels of clients, that is, first one client bought, he brought two clients, these two have 2 more each, etc. You can give each level N the number of bonuses.
As for the settings:
1. You need to set up your personal account so that only relevant information is displayed there.
2. Set up an automatic process that starts after registering a new client in the personal account (in it and display a referral link) so you can additionally send this link to your email.
3. Next, you need to implement the referral system itself, from my experience it is different for each client, from simple accruals for a client's drive to MLM schemes and pyramids. Therefore, here you need to discuss in more detail what you want to implement.

ref is the contact ID
refexternal is the External ID of the contact
