What does "report result" mean in the system?
Where is it used and what is it used for?
Why is the process stage at the time of adding the result not displayed next to the result message (with the checkbox "Display process status at the time of adding comments")?
Who sees the result by default?
Why is nothing about the result displayed in the process history, is this important, as far as I understand?

If you use this feature, then the message simply stands out from the rest. Since the result is not a comment, the status of the process is not displayed next to it. The result is visible to all participants in the process (observers). It cannot be edited or deleted, and when you report the result, the date and time are fixed, so there is no reason to display it in the history. It is needed only in order to distinguish it from the rest of the comments and does not pull up anywhere else.

I want to add something: In the OneBox architecture, each order (order) can have any number of comments (comment), and each comment has a certain type. Most popular types: - type=comment, plain text comment - type=email, letter, highlighted and formatted as if it were an event. -type=call -type=sms - type=change, these are the so-called change-comments, shown in light gray, they are usually used to indicate that something has changed in the order (date, responsible, etc.) - type=formresult, form result - type=result, result, is used in some projects when it is necessary to highlight with color (Andrey answered correctly) and thereby show that a certain result has officially been achieved in the task. Theoretically, we can come up with as many types of comments as we like. The architecture allows it.

since these are all types of comments, it would be convenient to see which stage the "result", event, etc. is associated with, as well as a simple comment, but there is no such function.

Specifically, the comment type type=result is most likely a dead end development branch. We haven't figured out how to use it normally yet, as long as it's just a different color :)

Is it possible at least now to display the stage next to the result (as for comments), was it recorded in the morning?

Yes, but it's a 1 hour revision.
Alas, for boxed onebox only for money.
For the cloud, they could do it for free - https://crm-onebox.com/ru/support/ofitsialnie-novosti-onebox/1487-besplatnie-dorabotki-dlya-oblachnih-polzovateley-onebox/

I would not want to waste time on this forum, discussions, writing texts about such issues, inconsistencies in the interface, functionality, and so on. I want to simply and without problems set up the system, if something is not clear, read the instructions, or ask those who know and do their own thing. )) But I, and not only I, cannot do this for objective reasons. ))))
