You picked the wrong access (p12 and json files), you need to take it from the service account https://take.ms/VESVG https://take.ms/M1DQw
I recommend that you immediately make 2 keys https://take.ms/1k0Gu (you need to create one by one). Just download files and upload to box settings

We have a similar situation... Some tables show a pardon, but others see a pardon... access and there and there "for reading", the structure is the same without filters and some special specifics. ?
