Previously, they did a revision, an action was created that, in the order, at a certain stage, takes "additional files" from the products (we have quality certificates) and glues them all into one pdf file, and output it to the document block, thus entering the order from 10 positions, the button for printing certificates was pressed and they all opened in one file in a new window.
Everything works with admin access, but not with managers, it gives a 404 error.
Managers have full access to orders, products, documents.
What could be the problem ?

Good afternoon, give an example of an order in which an employee clicks on the document view and a link to the employee's card. I correctly understood that the document itself is being formed, but the employee simply does not have access to it, and if you click the view button under the admin, is everything visible?
