Why did the order automatically switch
The order was in the status of Submitted

And in the comments it says that it automatically switched to the status Prompted
But at these stages there are no actions that switch

Ok, this is understandable, but in order to exclude such situations, we put an action in the customer's order at the stage that removes links

Why didn't the links get deleted then, or does it somehow work differently?

At the stage Create a supply, a sub-process of the order to the supplier is created
We created it, then the client's order was transferred to refusal, reopened and no longer transferred to Create a delivery, the connection should not have appeared
