There is no such system field "Status of processes", this is an additional field. Most likely you write a value into it and somewhere you missed the settings that should record the current status

The field type and set of values did not change. The value was recorded by the action in the step. A value has just been added to the dropdown list. But still, the question is relevant, why is the value one, but filters differently + how 2 values recorded

The field type and set of values did not change. The value was recorded by the action in the step. A value has just been added to the dropdown list.
But still, the question is relevant, why is the value one, but filters differently + how 2 values recorded

What action? As far as I understand, if an arbitrary value was written by the action, which is not in the drop-down list, it will be written to the database separately (without overwriting the existing one), therefore there are several entries for one process.

I rechecked, the most likely reason is that for the process indicated in the example, 2 people simultaneously switched the status
