Item not added to order

Good afternoon. I can’t add a product to the order card - Article 082502. It does not appear in the search, although there are 10 pieces in stock

Most likely, you have product search block settings that do not search by article (for example, settings that will only search by product name). You can display the search string by article, so that it would be a separate field filtering only by article

It doesn't find it by name or by id either.
