In the settings for automation for contacts (when saving) https://box.e-zoo.com.ua/admin/users/action/update/edit/, the option "Change contact group depending on the value of the fields" has been set If you can't wait, you can use the option "Remove from the specified group if the conditions are not met", because the empty field does not return "New client".
