Answers:
There are 3 options
1. I can put through the database in bulk
2. There is an action Copy access rights from the selected employee, it copies both settings and rights (if you turn on the checkbox Copy settings of the selected contact), you can generate a task for everyone who is an employee and copy their rights from the 1st reference user, the downside is that the action will overwrite access rights
3. If you are a cloud client, we can work with a block of mass operations where you can set these settings in bulk - 1 hour
