Well, in general, standard settings may be suitable for this.
1. To filter customers who ordered a certain brand, you need to display the "brand" field in order filtering; it will show all orders that contain the selected brand. Further at the bottom there is a button show contacts, which simply shows a list of customers with filtered orders. This way you get a list of customers who bought a particular brand.
2. To see which brands you bought in the product card. In general, there is a block in the client card that shows all the purchased goods of the client (without repetitions) and there you can display the brand field. Thus, if we go into the client card, we can see the entire list of products and brands that he bought.
