Duplicates contacts

Hello. The logic for sending contacts to contacts is as follows:
1. If the contact does not have an External ID, then create it in Google and add its id in Google to the External ID
2. If the contact already has an External ID but does not have the “google-” part, then it also creates a new contact.
It turns out that the number of times the action was launched, the number of times it transferred the contact to Google Contacts. You can change this by changing the logic of searching for a contact id from an external id to some additional field of the contact, for example, such a change will take about 1 hour of modification
