In our company, employees have different native languages. And everyone writes differently, although they mean the same thing. So I want everyone to mean the same thing, and write the same way too. In this case, it is convenient with a drop-down list.
If an office manager, then one name, not Office manager, Office Manager, Office manager, Ofis-manager .. in general, I want to be able to manage lists, although this is not so critical for work.
