Yes, in general, tin! Communication with support is some kind of torture! I've been telling them for months that some things just don't make sense. They have to bring everything on a silver platter so that they realize that this is really a bug! I have dozens of requests, most of which actually turn out to be bugs in the end.
There are sooooo many details in the system that simply freeze out, they nullify all other advantages. I really look forward to the fact that an intelligent UX / UI specialist will finally appear in the company.
