Improve work with mail (when integrating and turning a letter into a task)

1. COPY. When receiving a letter in CRM, it is not clear whether the recipient was in the copy or not. If a copy, then maybe the letter is just for review.
2. CHAIN OF LETTERS. There is no possibility to answer with the history of correspondence, only the e-mail is "pulled up". If the correspondence is long, the essence of the issue for the client may be lost
3. TABLES and FONTS. It is not possible to create tables in a letter, highlight important things in fonts or colors

Answers:

All emails are sent in an incomprehensible format. Pictures in the letter itself are not displayed, they are attached at the bottom of the files.
It is impossible to put a person in a copy. Creates two separate letters, for the recipient, and the one who is in the copy.
It is not possible to create several autosignatures for each employee (Ukrainian, Russian, and English) and select the necessary one.
You constantly need to open the header of the letter in order to indicate the Subject.
