Letter Templates
Good afternoon!
I’m interested in such a question, is it possible to somehow create letter templates so that when you click on the client’s mail in the client card (or in the BP window), the mailer window opens and you can choose from the drop-down list which template to send to the client.
In fact, the functionality is interesting as in the mass mailing panel, but for one client.
